The focus of the firm is on the delivery of high quality consulting services in the areas of Strategic & Business Planning, Sales & Sales Management, Professional Services in the application software market space, Information Technologies (IT), with emphasis on the integration of IT with the Corporate business plan, and Venture Capital strategy.

Further, we can, and often have, taken on assignments functioning as an interim executive in startup companies or organizations in transition. Interim roles can be CEO/COO/CIO; VP Sales; VP Professional Services; VP Operations; VP Information Technologies; VP Alliances, and General Manager.
