Bob is the co-founder and managing principal of BZASEARCH headquartered in Scotts Valley, California. He has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Consulting, and Executive Search.

Bob began his career at the BeechNut Division of Squibb on the West Coast; subsequently he held senior positions at Frito-Lay, FMC Corporation and Joseph E. Seagrams and Sons. Prior to teaming with a partner to start his own human resource consulting firm, he was Vice President, Human Resources for Atari, Inc., where he was responsible for both domestic and international organizations. Bob has successfully completed consulting and search assignments in industries such as consumer products, high technology, real estate, food service, and non-profits. He has successfully placed senior executives in virtually every functional discipline from information technology to marketing.

With a B.S. degree in Manpower Planning and Psychology from San Jose State University, Bob has written numerous articles and has lectured at universities and before professional organizations. In addition to starting up and managing BZASEARCH, he has started and sold a successful Human Resource Consulting business that is in operation today in Silicon Valley.

In addition Bob has been active in the restaurant business in Santa Cruz; is past president of both the Santa Cruz Lions Club and the Kuumbwa Jazz Center; and is a partner in Sweet Science Productions (a sports and music promotions organization.
