Denis has over 30 years of General Management and Information Technology experience. He has extensive experience in corporate strategy and business planning. Denis has a strong background in the sale, and implementation of ERP systems worldwide. His experience includes Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Lawson, Siebel, and several other backbone systems.

Denis spent the early part of his career with FMC, headquartered in Chicago, in numerous assignments with Food Machinery Group. The Group generated over $300MM in annual revenue operating through seven divisions with 27 manufacturing plants around the world. After spending several years with NCA, a publicly traded manufacturing software company as EVP, he co-founded Bayard Open Systems, an Oracle based manufacturing software company where he raised venture capital from firms such as Sierra Ventures, Bessemer, IVI, Sand Hill Financial and others. Following Bayard he built the Oracle implementation practice for the Application Group, a leading application software implementation firm. For the past five years he has been leading PeopleSoft implementation practices for CORE Technologies and Systems America. Most recently Denis was a co-founder of Endymion Systems, an Oakland based IT consulting organization where he was responsible for all ERP Service Delivery and Sales.

Over the past 10 years his client base has included UNOCAL, Chevron, DHL, Visa, Bechtel, City of San Jose, US West, FMC, ADP, AMAX Engineering, Teledyne, Cummins Engine, Heath Techna, LA Water District, City of Ontario and many others.
