John is currently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for one of the largest credit unions in the country. He has held senior financial and operational management positions in financial institutions, mortgage banks, and software companies. John has been responsible for major mergers and acquisitions in the financial services industry. Further, he has in-depth experience in both startup banks and major financial organizations. Through out his career John has directed the design and implementation of financial control systems to streamline operations and provide timely and accurate financial reporting.

John is a CPA (California and Hawaii) and spent 10 years with (now) KPMG, LLP. His clients included financial institutions, mortgage banks, airlines, containerized shipping companies, grocery, construction, and leasing industries. While at KPMG he received substantial computer audit training and conducted high-level control reviews for clients with sophisticated automated environments.
